You can use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as a standalone upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which offers half an hour of custom work on your server. In this way, you can work on your sites without having to worry that you'll not be able to use some program or losing time on technological issues.
Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Hosting
The upgrade is available with all our Linux dedicated servers hosting packages
and provided you add it, our knowledgeable admins shall be able to aid you with anything on your hosting server. This includes setting up any third-party software that you may want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script which functions inadequately or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade features one hour of work and if a specific task is not very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You will be able to see how many minutes are left in your billing CP and use them when you require support again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be purchased at any time, so if you need something to be installed in the very beginning, you can add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you require assistance afterwards, you can add it from the hosting server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are provided with our Managed Services pack as well, but in case you need additional work to be carried out on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your applications shall be installed and set up in the best feasible way.
